Corporate Governance

The Board of Directors of Orka Holding AD Skopje manages the Company. Pursuant to the Law on Trade Companies, the rights and obligations of the Board of Directors are regulated by the Company Statute. The Board of Directors consists of three members, two of whom are non-executive, and one is an executive member called the Executive Director.

The Holding Board of Directors defines business strategic plans that are adjusted to the needs of the domestic and global market, internal organizational factors and social trends. Particularly important part of the general strategy are the defined goals for continuous development of the employees, environmental protection and support of the society.

Each of the member companies of Orka Holding sets out separate strategic plans aimed at promoting operations, improving economic performance and implementing standards that will positively affect the national economy, environmental sustainability and social flows as a whole.
